Driven by a passion for youth development and creative expression, Dr. Green founded Teen Expressions, a nonprofit organization that introduced young people to opportunities in fashion, culinary arts, film, media, and the performing arts. Through mentorship, scholarships, and hands-on experiences, the organization became a launchpad for aspiring creatives to discover their talents and believe in their potential.
Its signature event, I Am Style, celebrated young artists while connecting them with resources, encouragement, and opportunities that extended far beyond the stage. Although the nonprofit is currently on hiatus, its impact continues through the many lives it helped shape.
As industries evolved, so did Dr. Green's vision.
Recognizing that talented creatives often struggle to gain visibility, she launched the I Am Style Agency, helping entrepreneurs and emerging artists strengthen their brands, expand their exposure, and pursue opportunities with greater confidence.
Then came a challenge that was far more personal.
After experiencing alopecia and other health-related changes, Dr. Green made the courageous decision to publicly embrace her baldness instead of hiding behind it. What many would have viewed as a private struggle became an opportunity to redefine beauty, confidence, and self-acceptance.
That decision gave birth to Bald Bozz Beauty, a movement dedicated to alopecia awareness, education, and empowering women to embrace their authentic beauty without apology. Through her transparency, Dr. Green has encouraged countless women to see beauty beyond hair, appearances, or society's expectations.
Her willingness to be vulnerable has become one of her greatest strengths.
