My biggest accomplishments to date would be starting 101 TKO RADIO, itself, rolling out our new app which is available on both Android and Apple devices,
winning Female Media Personality of the Year from the ATL Hip Hop Awards and working on the 3rd Women Are DOPE Event for 2024!
Any success advice for women who desire to win in your industry?
The first piece of advice I would give any woman who wants to get into the industry is to have your own back, expect to be disappointed but always stay in a place of grace and focus. I state this first because my most challenging battles in business haven’t been with the industry, it’s been making my place as a woman in power. I’d always if it was “just me” that the craziest things happened to but as it turns out, this is not the case. In other words, surround yourself with people who get IT and get YOU, so that when you go through your challenges, you understand it’s not personal but purposeful.
