What inspired you to become a CEO?
My Father Sylvester Poole Sr. inspired me to be a CEO, he told me that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. He said you don't have to punch a clock for no one but yourself.
What has been your most exciting accomplishment to date?
My most exciting accomplishment is when I created The Herprenuer Network. It has been a blessing seeing so many Amazing Women of God build their brand and visibility.
Share a major business challenge and how your overcame it:
My major challenge is overcoming my past failures. I used to worry about what people thought about me and what people said about me, until I realized that my past is how I became who I am today.
Where do you find inspiration during hard times?
I find my inspiration through Jesus, My Word, My Husband Dr. Jerimiah and our children; seeing them gives me the strength to keep pushing and growing.
