Danielle Davis, Ph.D. is Founder, CEO, and President of Davis Consulting Solutions (DCS). She is a servant leader, ordained minister, and diversity management strategist. Her company is ideally suited to work in areas encompassing an objective of growing a successful culture around diversity, equity and inclusion competencies for contracting and in the workplace.
DCS is dedicated under her direct leadership to serving communities and the principles, strategies, opportunities and initiatives that will, in the real world, further business, economic, and employee development. She completed the Ph.D. program in Community Engagement at Point Park University with a focus on leadership, management, and empowerment models as covered in detail in her dissertation on “Faith-Based Organizations Engaged in Community Economic Development”.
Dr. Davis holds a M.S. in Organizational Leadership that directly applies to positive and productive work in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion and also a B.A. in Community Ministry, both from Geneva College. Danielle has dedicated countless hours to her education “package” and all 3 degrees tie together. The results are what Dr. Davis is all about in her professional and personal life. Danielle has trained and consulted with scores of job seekers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. Her work has included corporate, governmental, nonprofit, and faith-based organizations, as well as extensive volunteer service.
