Share what inspired you to become a CEO?
My mom Cynthia Strong was my greatest inspiration. She started the only Black Studio in our city and named it after me Lorelle’s Dance Studio. And from that moment on as a little girl my eyes were opened as a little girl to have my own business and to continue forth our family legacy, in order, that I may make a difference by being an example to others to always dream BIG and never give up! These were keys that my mom passed down to me as she trail blazed as a CEO.
What has been your most exciting accomplishment to date?
I was so excited that God allowed me to expand the walls of my fitness business FIT SOUL during the time when the pandemic hit our country unexpectedly. God allowed me to be a doorway of “Empowerment” virtually and in the community and to this day I still get amazing testimonies of ways these personal workout empowerment sessions broke through depression and loneliness at critical times in their lives.
Any 2 pieces of advice you would share with emerging CEOs?
Firstly I would advise them to never box themselves in one category due to people’s expectation, instead , take the limits off by exploring other options and creative ideas.
Secondly stay humble and teachable and find ways with Gods guidance to collaborate with others. Team work makes the dream work.
What is next for you in 2023?
I am expanding my FIT SOUL Brand even the more and taking my platform internationally to DUBAi, London and Ghana in 2023! As well as setting the stage for other women’s voices to be heard through my new TV Show and London radio broadcast “Taking the Limits Off”. As well as my recent Best Seller Amazon Anthology Power In Heels with 42 Women is touring and birthing forth a movement to push women forward!
