Hello, I am Jada the owner of Esti Bae Jae. I am an esthetician and permanent makeup artist in Tennessee. This year marks two years of being in the beauty industry. I have a passion for helping others feel more confident in the skin they're in and an advocate for self care. I am the recipient of the 2022 Best Of Milan Award for Health & Beauty Shop.
How are your current efforts helping to propel women forward?
Esti Bae Jae empowers women by creating confidence in them, which allows individuals to display self esteem and self worth. Esti Bae Jae serves as a role model for other women and encourages them to pursue their own entrepreneurial goals.
What advice would you share for building a recognizable brand in a saturated market?
Esti Bae Jae takes pride in being uncloned. Each brand should determine what makes them unique, identify your target audience, remain consistent in your marketing across channels, and most importantly communicate your brand story.
How do you stay motivated during uncertain seasons?
Remembering your why, keeps me motivated. Set clear and attainable goals. Reflect on progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Always be open to learning. Lastly, take time for your self care; there's only one you!
