Ms. Decembre Pierce is a native of Washington DC, however a current resident of Atlanta, GA. Ms. Pierce is the mother of seven children. She has three biological children, Parriz Pierce (24), Parrish Pierce Jr. (21), Pediaiah Pierce (19), two God-given children, Betty Titus (27) and Akameen Daughtridge (29 years old), two foster daughters, Zamara (10) and Qamara (6), and the grandmother of four grand-daughters and one grandson (with 2 more grandsons on the way). Ms. Pierce graduated from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC with a Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice in May 2012. She was the Executive Director/Founder of the LOVE Center Youth Mentoring Center, mainly for at-risk and troubled youth, which she founded in 2007 in Durham, NC, but closed several years later due to funding. During her time as an ED, Ms. Pierce was named the Community Leader of the Year, won the Durham Grit Award, the Queen of the City Award and trained many individuals on how to be a great and effective mentor to youth of all ages. In Dec. 2014, her and her family relocated to Atlanta, GA.
Shortly after relocating to Georgia, Ms. Pierce began her acting and modeling career and started several other businesses. She is the Founder/CEO of Dce3productions & Management of GA (music management & producing), the owner of SEXY Hi Swimwear & Lingerie, the owner of Boss Lady Lashes, a certified fashion stylist and corporate/private event planner, a successful actress/model (appearing in commercials, print ads and various tv shows/movies), an Author of 3 published books, Sister, Set Yourself Free, Beaten & Bruised and Releasing the Bitterness, a rape and domestic violence advocate and a motivational speaker.
On December 9, 2020, tragedy hit her entire family. Her only biological son, Parrish Pierce, who was once kidnapped as a teenager by an affluent Pastor (who received 40 years in prison), was found dead from being shot 3 times, in the woods near Griffin Golf Course in Griffin GA. He had been missing for 7 days. Her son's horrific events and untimely tragedy has made her family closer and Ms. Pierce more determined to be an advocate against kidnapping, trafficking, and gang violence, as well as an advocate for young males of trauma nationwide.
In September 2021, Ms. Pierce was hired as a Lieutenant at Culpepper and Associates Security Services (CASS) of Atlanta, GA. In January 2022, she became the first female Captain. Ms. Pierce's main responsibility was to oversee the private security sector for the Atlanta VA Hospital, Ft. McPherson, and the VA Clinics. She enjoyed working with the public, as well as demonstrating professionalism and leadership through respect, discipline, understanding and proper etiquette/self-control. Due to her collective experience in security, in April 2022, Ms. Pierce started her own security company, Protecting HIS Security Service, which is fully licensed, insured and bonded. PHSS consists of a team of trained security personnel that initially traveled to various churches nationwide to train their leaders and security team members on how to effectively protect the church and its leadership. However, in May 2022, PHSS expanded its business and began providing protection to other businesses, companies, and events nationwide. We even certified our team to do personal/private protection.
In August 2022, Ms. Pierce was appointed by the National Small Business Association as a Leadership Council Member on the board of Economic Development in Washington, DC. She is dedicated to ensuring that small businesses, such as hers, become more knowledgeable of the resources that are available to them and to see them thrive and prosper within her community and around the world.
In November 2022, Ms. Pierce also became the host of a national television talk show entitled, "Purpose Talk with Decembre" on Preach The Word Worldwide Network in Georgia. "Purpose Talk" is an inspirational talk show with amazing interviews from not only celebrities, but people of all walks of life and airs every Wednesday at 10am (PST) and 1pm (EST) to over 80 million viewers worldwide.
Ms. Pierce goes above and beyond for every individual that enters into her circle. She is aware that she may not have always made the wisest decisions in life regarding relationships and even personal life choices, but she knows that ALL of her tests and choices were only a part of her testimony and that it was her endurance and drive to push forward that continues to make her into the woman, business woman and leader that she is today. She strives to be an example not only to her children and grandchildren, but to all youth and even many adults. Ms. Pierce is a woman who respects herself and is grateful to God for EVERYTHING that HE has blessed her with and she tries to teach women, both young and old, to do the same. She definitely leads by example and that is her continued goal for 2023.
Ms. Pierce's own mantra is "You are not a product of your environment, instead you are a product of your own determination and discipline" and that is a mantra that she lives by!
