What inspired you to enter the Real Estate industry?
I have always been resourceful in my personal endeavors as well as the competent one my sphere relied upon to facilitate processes on their behalf. After purchasing my first home and helping families transition from homelessness to stable housing, homeownership was a natural progressive step. Additionally, the income as a real estate professional reduced my reliance on an income tax return for livin life.

Being skilled as a Real Estate professional and Mortgage Loan Strategist, My clients have the advantage and support of a one stop shop and multiple options not found in the typical retail lender model. Though I do not work with all clients on both sides of the transaction, there is no way to shut the knowledge off. Any advice for people who feel intimidated by the recent price hikes?
Education is key, as with everything in our economy limited inventory will always increase prices. Furthermore, as rental property management expenses and taxes increase landlords are passing that expense on to their tenants. There's no avoiding the hike, the pocket in which you deposit your payments just differs. Ultimately, it's truly about your personal goals and how you prefer to leverage your money while plotting your future.
What is next for you in 2024 and how can readers connect with you?
I am writing a book, and expanding my services to more states. I am currently licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Louisiana, Georgia and Florida.
