Renata Eileena Shares Her Vision!

What are your hopes and dreams for the future of your business and how do you plan to achieve them with faith as your guide?

One of my biggest dreams is to become a nationwide brand where my products are carried in every story! The Ulta’s, Sephoras and Targets all over the world. How I plan to achieve it is by building infrastructure to be able to have mass production. I will need an infrastructure  to support that. I will need the man power and supplier relationships to support that!

How do you define success and how does that align with your faith?

I used to think that success was real showy and materialistic but that’s not success to me at all. Success to me is living in your purpose either big or small if you wake up every morning doing what God approves of you’re successful to me. This aligns with my faith because I believe what is important to God is how we’ve done things for him on this earth.

What is your vision for the future of your business and how will it continue to make a positive Impact in the world?

My vision Is pretty expansive with many layers but for the sake of how much space I have on these questions lol I’ll give 1 of my visions. My vision is to inspire people through faith and beauty. I’ve endured a lot over the past year with the loss of my mother and sister 90 days apart in 2024. The ONLY way I’ve been standing flat footed to continue is my vision is through faith in God and that alone to me is impactful!

What is the most important piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

Whew! Trust God! Not the God that they taught you about! But the God that you discovered in your wilderness. The God that you personally discover is where you put your trust!

How do you stay grounded amidst the hustle and bustle of entrepreneurship?

I don’t lol it’s hard it’s a struggle everyday if I’m very honest! I try to take breaks when necessary and try to manage my time. I know we’re in a culture that teaches burn out but I do not believe in working past my mental capacity when I feel I’ve reach my max I’ll retreat until I’ve regained my capacity to carry out what I need to well.
