Important Submission Guidelines

  • Clients must provide a bio and 3–4 high-resolution professional photographs to PR@LillieMaePR.com. Images must include your full head, hair, shoulders and arms within the visual frame. (Atleast waist-up)
  • Smartphone photos, selfies, screenshots and heavily filtered images cannot be accepted.
  • High-resolution professional photos, biography, and requested materials must be submitted no later than Wednesday August 5 at 5:00 PM (EST) if you'd like your print copies delivered to the ceremony. 
  • You will receive one proof and one round of revisions before final approval.
  • Final approval must be received by 5:00 PM (EST) on Thursday August 6.
  • Your package includes 10 complimentary print copies, which will be distributed at the August 22 Atlanta Recognition Ceremony.
  • If approval is not received by the deadline, the print copies will be shipped to your home and not provided onsite of the ceremony, as additional shipping time will be required.
  • Additional print copies will be available for purchase following production.
  • Payment is final and nonrefundable.
